If you are dissatisfied with any High Performance Fuel Cells product, you may return it within 30 days of its delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Your return shipping cost (ground rate) will be refunded only if the return is found to be defective. A copy of your detailed installation receipt is required. Labor for installation is nonrefundable. You must notify Highperformancefuelcells.com within five (5) days of your receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise.
Returning an Order:
Before returning any article you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box. E-mail us mtarantola@tampabay.rr.com
you may return an item, in its original undamaged condition, for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. In order that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. (If you have received a damaged or defective item please read the section below titled "Damaged or Defective Merchandise.") All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition with all included instruction sheets, certificates and warranties and in its original box. The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. Restocking fees 15% only apply to canceled orders prior to shipping or if the unit is returned and tested and found to be working correctly but the customer sends it back claiming that it isn't working but never called for tech support. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

We respect our customer’s vehicles and guarantee the quality of our fuel cells. We however can not be held responsible for anything that is not in our control. Our customers understand that every vehicle reacts to HHO gas as such. We do not guarantee savings, although in most cases it is readily achieved. We do guarantee that our mission is to achieve a cleaner burning engine with lowered emissions, increased horsepower, and improved fuel mileage. When purchasing or installing a Fuel Cell, the customer understands that HHO fuel generator cells require attention, time, and maintenance in order function safely and properly, and accepts full responsibility for the safe operation of the vehicles. Any person operating the vehicle with a HHO fuel generator cell installed in it must be aware of the proper operation, maintenance, and instruction in how to turn off and on the cell as required. The customer agrees to educate any person operating this vehicle in safe operating procedures. Highperformancefuelcells.com guarantees that our cells assembled by us, do produce HHO gas. Distributors, Installers, or individuals that assemble their own cells, open the unit, change the electrolyte fluid, or reroute lines, will be fully responsible for any HHO production, or lack thereof. Installers are responsible for their own installation, and along with Highperformancefuelcells.com guarantee the installation for 90 days from the date of install. Installation is unique to each vehicle and must be properly completed for optimal and safe results. Installers guarantee that the HHO fuel cell generator is properly installed, secure, and functioning correctly. Maintenance must be performed on a regular basis for the HHO fuel cell generator to function safely and properly and is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that it is maintained.
