The most common problem with Pulse Width Modulators is overheating. When they overheat the PWM will be destroyed.
Don't let this happen to you! This unit runs exceptionally cool, however if overheating is detected, it will shut down to prevent damaging the unit.
This Automatic Shutdown is not a fuse link. A fuse link is great and will help you keep from drawing too much current which will damage your unit however your unit can still overheat and be destroyed even if you are drawing way under the recommended amperage.
A FUSE WILL NOT STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING!
This safety system will detect and shutdown your unit if overheating is detected!
What happens is if the heat sinks are too small or even if there is insufficient air flow around the unit, it will slowly and continually heat up the unit until it is destroyed without you ever realizing what is happening until it is too late. This unit has ultra efficient cooling heatsinks.
Another problem is that as your hydrogen generator heats up your amperage draw will continue to increase until it is out of control and cause overheating.
This unit will run cooler and outperform any unit that I have seen and
its unique design will help it to run much cooler than any that I have seen!
