Two main reasons for using the Pulse Width Modulator are:
1. Using a Pulse Width Modulators to supply pulsed current to the hydrogen generator is said to change the atomic structure of the hydrogen so you achieve better results.
2. You are able control the current going to the hydrogen generator. Changing the pulse width with the variable control will allow you to lower or raise the amperage which your hydrogen generator is drawing. By controling the amps you will be able to raise and lower the production of hydrogen your unit is generating and help control the heat.
Using a Pulse Width Modulator does not increase the production of the hydrogen beyond what you are producing but is said to change the structure.
An advantage of using a variable frequency pulse width modualtor you will be able to tune thru the frequency ranges between 33 cycles and 18,000 cycles. Tuning thru the frequency range helps you locate the resonite frequency which works best with your hydrogen generator.

Off / Switch
The off / on switch is located on the front panel and is incorporated with the variable pulse width adjustment control.
Variable Pulse Width Adjustment Control
The Variable Pulse Width Adjustment Control varies the pulse width from 0% To 100% .
Power indicator light:
Power indicator light shows when the unit is turned off or on.
Ultra cooling quiet high output cooling fan:
High Efficiency ultra quiet high output cooling fan keeps the unit running cool. Fan is designed to run at high efficiency and capable of
moving large volumes of air while still running very quiet.
On-board high efficiency fan which is switched on when the unit is switched on.
Frequency Range Switch:
The frequency range switch can be set for any one of 8 preset frequency ranges. Four lower frequency ranges and four high frequency ranges. One advantage of using the frequency range selector switch is that you are working with a narrower frequency bandwidth. The bandwidth or frequency range of the pulse width modulator can be varied from 33 Hz (HZ is cycles) to 18KHZ (18,000 cycles). The frequency range switch allows you to do this in 8 steps because it breaks up the full bandwidth into 8 smaller segments. The advantage of this is that when you are tuning the variable frequency control you will know the frequency range you are working in. You will be able to tune more precise and know what frequency ranges work best for the hydrogen generator you are using.
Variable frequency tuning control:
The frequency can be varied with the variable frequency tuning control. The variable frequency tuning control is incorporated with the frequency range selector switch as mentioned above. When tuning you will be tuning in a pre-selected band or frequency range which is determined by the setting of the frequency range switch.
High / Low frequency range switch:
The high low frequency range switch is incorporated with the frequency range switch. It has two settings or switch positions. It is a selector switch which selects between the four lower frequency's and the four upper frequency's. When the high low range switch is set on low, the green indicator light above the switch (High / Low duel frequency indicator light:) indicates you have selected the four lower frequency's. When the green light is on you can select any one of four lower frequency's by using the frequency range switch. Switch the high / low frequency range switch to high and the indicator light above it will turn red. This enables the four upper frequency's and they can be selected with the using the frequency range switch located just to the left.
Simply put...The frequency range switch has 8 settings. Four lower frequency's with the green light on and the other four upper frequency's with the red light on. Switch between the upper and lower by using the high / low freq selector switch.
High / Low duel frequency indicator light:
The duel frequency indicator light has a duel red green indicator light which indicates if you are using one of the four lower frequency's or one of the four upper frequency's. Switch between the upper and lower by using the high / low freq selector switch located just below the light.
Mode Light:
The mode light or tuning light is designed to help you tune the PWM so you will be getting the maximum benefit from using the pulse width modulator.

Duel MOSFETS Outputs:
Instead of one MOSFET carrying the load this unit has This units outputs are rated at a higher amp which gives them far more durability than others. Splitting the load reduces heat and increases reliability and efficiency.
EXTRA HEAVY DUTY WIRING:
This unit is equipped with extra heavy duty wiring on the outputs. This also increases efficiency and reduces heat and meltdown problems.
DUEL AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN:
Has a duel automatic shutdown circuit which detects overheating and shuts the unit off before it is too late! If a condition occurs which causes overheating, for example restricted air flow the unit will automatically shutdown. This can prevent your unit from self destructing, save costly repairs, downtime and expense. The #1 problem with pulse width modulators is overheating. The design of the unit and the size of the heatsinks can and will cause the unit to overheat. The unit can slowly and continually heat up until it is destroyed. Insufficient heatsinks will also allow the unit overheat.
What happens is if the heat sinks are too small or even if there is insufficient air flow around the unit, it will slowly and continually heat up the unit until it is destroyed without you ever realizing what is happening until it is too late.
This unit has ultra efficient cooling heatsinks.
Another problem is that as your hydrogen generator heats up your amperage draw will continue to increase until it is out of control and cause the overheating.
This unit monitors the heat in critical areas!!!
It provides critical protection that no others provide!
A fuse link will not prevent your unit from overheating. It will only protect your unit if the current draw exceeds the amp rating of the fuse.
Laboratory test on this unit have shown that when pulling 35 amps and using just a very small fan on the unit the heatsinks will run cool or just barely warm to the touch!
